Title: Buttermilk Oat Bread Abm

Yield: 1 Loaf

2 1/2	ts	Yeast
1 1/3	c	Oatmeal
2 2/3	c	Bread flour
2	ts	Salt
5	tb	Butter
4	tb	Molasses
1 1/3	c	Buttermilk

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.

Tested in DAK R2D2. Sylvia's comments:

Apple's comments: I used the buttermilk powder and it turned out fine. Also, I have the Welbilt 100 (R2D2) and used the Sweet Bread cycle on the lightest setting.
